Enviromena’s Financing News
UK-based independent power producer Enviromena has secured a HoldCo debt financing facility of up to £175 million from Eiffel Investment Group.
The facility brings the total capital secured across Enviromena's funding platform to £1 billion and supports the construction and delivery of a 1 GW solar pipeline.

Enviromena Leadership Team
The transaction follows Enviromena's £825 million senior portfolio financing package announced in April 2026, which was underwritten by a syndicate including BBVA, Intesa Sanpaolo, Lloyds, NatWest, and Societe Generale.
Enviromena Reaches £1 Billion Financing Milestone
According to Enviromena, the new financing strengthens its funding platform and supports the delivery of solar projects across its pipeline.
Chris Marsh, CEO of Enviromena, said reaching £1 billion in total financing is an important milestone for the company.
"Reaching £1 billion in total financing is an important milestone, but its real value lies in what it makes possible," said Marsh.
"With a strong pipeline of solar projects ready to progress, this funding provides the scale, certainty and flexibility needed to deliver them, helping bring new domestic clean energy capacity online when the UK needs it most."
Supporting a 1 GW Solar Pipeline
Enviromena said the facility underpins the construction and delivery of a 1 GW solar pipeline.
The company added that Eiffel Investment Group's participation strengthens the financing structure and provides enhanced flexibility to accelerate project delivery across multiple late-stage development and construction-ready assets.
The transaction is intended to optimize Enviromena's capital structure and support the delivery of projects across its development pipeline.
Eiffel Investment Group Enters the UK Solar Market
The financing also marks Eiffel Investment Group's entry into the UK solar photovoltaic market.
Eiffel was impressed by both the quality of Enviromena's projects and its management team, adding that the transaction reflects Eiffel's strategy of supporting renewable energy platforms across Europe.
Investors Back Enviromena's Growth
Romain Py, Partner at Arjun Infrastructure Partners, commented on the strengths of Enviromena's position within the UK renewable energy market.
"This latest debt raise is hugely important; the total £1 billion financing cements Enviromena's status as one of the UK's leading IPPs and de-risks a large segment of the development pipeline, bringing an additional 1GW into operation and into the grid," said Py.
"We're excited to see the projects go live in due course, supporting the UK's transition to more sustainable, cleaner energy."
